The Recreation Committee is an stand-alone committee of Crystal Lake community members.  The group organizes a number of cultural and recreation activities annually such as concerts, Fun in the Sun activities and community get togethers.  They also do a number of fund raising activities including the community bottle drive.  The group  in its various forms has funded a number of improvements such as the beach playground and the multi-purpose pad.
